Hello All,
I am engaged in a project on comparison on the working conditions and privileges of Polish and German miners so I would like to know the differences and whether in Germany miners (or "Bergleute") (generally or for the example of your company) :
1) get daily bones luncheon vouchers ?
2) any extras to the normal salary? (like in Poland they get the so called "thirteenth salary" or any extra according to their time worked ?)
3) do they have any day free from work especially for miners as a profession?
4) how long does the day of a miner is? is it normal 8h per day?
5) do they get any extra money for holiday?
6) do they get any extra money for holiday?
7) do they get any material goods?
8) do they get any help for children's education? (from the company)
9) what's the age they retire?
I would appreciate any information and would be grateful for the answers as well as if you could tell me anything more about the topic.
